Dear Praying Friends,

We are approaching the final stretch of our deputation! We are so excited about going to Washington and the Lord is paving the way for us. On March 10 we had our departure interview with Macedonia World Baptist Missions and we have been given the OK to go! We have a missionary friend loading up our car and belongings on May 26 and taking them to Washington for us. We now have one-way tickets to Washington for May 28. We are ready and anxious to go and the only thing we need now is for a few more churches to take us on for support.

Praise the Lord we had seven churches in March to take us on for support so we are now at 90%. These churches are Oconee Baptist Church in Watkinsville, GA; Living Waters Baptist Church in Greensboro, NC; Freeman Street Baptist Church in Winston Salem, NC; Providence Road Baptist Church in Maiden, NC; Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Boone, NC; Peace Baptist Church in Wilmington, NC; and Open Door Baptist Church in Elk Park, NC. Won’t you and your church prayerfully consider joining these churches in supporting a work in Colfax, Washington where there is no fundamental, Independent Baptist Church? You can make the difference in our ministry and be a part of souls being saved and lives being changed in Whitman County, Washington.

Please help us pray for the closing of our house in Washington. We are supposed to close on it by April 10, but there are some problems on the seller’s end. Please keep this a matter of prayer that the Lord will work everything out.

We cannot begin to describe to you the anticipation and excitement we are feeling right now. This is what we have been working, praying, and waiting for and it is about to become a reality. We know that the Lord is going to do mighty and wondrous things in Washington State and we want you to be a part of it. Please keep us in your prayers that we might go to Washington State fully supported. We love you and thank you for all that you do. We know that we could not do this without you. You are in our hearts and prayers.
