Missionary Church Planters in Louisiana

"For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant."
1 Corinthians 7:22

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour. It is a wonderful privilege and joy to be able to serve our Lord and Savior. The Lord has been blessing our family so much in the past few months. We are simply amazed at His goodness. During the month of March, I had the privilege of attending the Southeastern Conference on Soul Winning at Walter’s Grove Baptist Church in Denton, NC. What a wonderful meeting to stir our hearts about doing all we can to win the lost. One of the highlights to me was during the Friday afternoon service. The members of Walter’s Grove formed a line through the auditorium to go and love on their pastor, Dr. Jeremy Simpson, and thank him for all he does for their church. It made my heart long even more to one day have the same thing happen in southern Louisiana. I look forward to the day that people there have a good church to attend and are thankful for it.

Praise
After several months of praying, the Lord provided us with the money needed to purchase a video projector. This is a tremendous help to us in sharing our burden. Truly our eye does affect our heart and it makes all the difference when people are able to physically see the great needs of our field.

During the months of February and March we were able to be in several missions conferences. We rejoice that churches are allowing us to share our burden with them and are embracing the tremendous need in southern Louisiana. During the months of February and March, we were in churches in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

We have also had a new church take us on for support during the month of March. Thank you to True Vine Baptist Church in Mt. Airy for their support. We have also had four churches promise to take us on beginning in April. Praise the Lord for His goodness.

Prayer Requests
We have been in several mission conferences and churches that have not yet taken us on for support. Please pray that they would consider making us a part of their mission family.

Please continue to pray that we would have safety as we travel. The Lord has protected us thus far and we thank Him for His goodness.

We still have some open dates in our calendar for the remainder of the summer. Please pray that we would be able to fill those dates soon.

Again, we are so grateful for your prayers and support. Without you, we could not serve the Lord as we are. Thank you for entrusting us to be your light to the people of southern Louisiana.
