Just like the children of Israel, as we begin a new year, we will be going ways that we haven’t gone before, but we are expecting God to do great things and wonders among us! January started off with a bang. We can’t believe how busy God is keeping us, but we are so thankful that he sees fit to use us. During the month of January, I helped several churches with their Mission programs. I also spent a number of days in Arizona. There were two young preachers and a pastor that went with me. We saw several towns and cities with no Bible preaching church. The need is so great! Please pray that God will work in the heart of these young preachers. We also visited and I preached for one of our missionaries Brother Luther Quintana while we were in Arizona. It is such a blessing to see how the Lord is using he and Mrs. Sandy and their family there! The latter part of the month, Jan and I were in Florida with two of our missionaries, Brother Ben Millican and his wife Mrs. Jeannine and Brother John Proctor and his wife Mrs. Rebekah and their children. I preached for Brother Millican while I was there. These men are doing a great job with the Hispanic Migrant Workers. I feel honored to be a co-laborer together with all these men in helping reach our own country.

During the month of February I will be helping some pastors with their Faith Promise Missions Programs. I will also be helping my pastor and my home church to ordain Brother Kim Harris. Brother Kim and his family will be leaving for Idaho in just a few days to begin church planting. Please remember this family in your prayers.

During the last few months of the year, we lost a couple of missionaries. Brother Chuck Bradley will be taking the pastorate of a church. Brother Roger Morgan was seriously injured in an automobile accident and is not able to travel on deputation right now. Please pray for these men and PLEASE help us pray that God will give us some more good men to help us reach the United States with the gospel.

You will find enclosed a flyer for the Southeastern Conference for World Evangelism. This meeting is hosted by my pastor and my home church. This is the third year we have had this meeting and each year many pastors from several different states have come and been helped. I hope you will come and be with us this year. I know that you will be glad you did.
